Li Bin, male, graduated from the School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University. Following graduation, he engaged in the entrepreneurship and operations of high-technology enterprises, banking risk management research, and equity investment, accumulating extensive professional experience. In corporate management, he founded multiple high-technology enterprises in the information technology sector, successfully participated in large-scale mergers and acquisitions, and subsequently took part in the management of major integrated circuit enterprises, promoting collaboration across the semiconductor industry chain and the localization of equipment and materials. In equity investment, he led multiple cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and post-investment management initiatives in the semiconductor and core technology sectors, with individual transaction values exceeding RMB 10 billion. He previously served as a senior executive at SMIC, Chairman of Ampleon (a semiconductor RF device company), Chairman of Nexperia (a semiconductor standard products company), Chairman of Huba Control (formerly a Siemens pressure sensor subsidiary), Chairman of Guangda Rongzhi Group, President of the Zhongguancun Rongxin Industrial Alliance, and Chairman of WeEn Semiconductors (a semiconductor power device company). He currently serves as Chairman of New Unigroup Group, Chairman of UTAC (a semiconductor packaging and testing company), Chairman of ASM Pacific Technology (formerly the mainland China packaging and testing facilities of ASE Group), and Chairman of the Expert Advisory Committee of the Zhongguancun Rongxin Industrial Alliance.
Chen Jie, male, holds a Bachelor's degree from Harbin Engineering University and a Ph.D. from the University of Electro-Communications, Japan. Since 1988, he has been engaged in signal processing, image processing, and the R&D and management of mixed-signal large-scale integrated circuits. He has previously served as Senior Director of Chip R&D at YOZAN Inc., Japan; Associate Professor at the University of Electro-Communications, Japan; Researcher under the "Hundred Talents Program" and Deputy Chief Engineer at the Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has led multiple major national science and technology projects and has authored or filed over 100 academic papers and invention patents. He is a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, has been selected for the National High-Level Talent Special Support Plan, and has been designated as a Distinguished Expert by the State. He founded Beijing Superpix Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., where he led the team in successfully developing a series of image sensor products that have achieved large-scale mass production and sales.
Ms. Hu Donghui holds a Ph.D. from the University of Science and Technology of China and is a Certified Public Accountant. She has previously served as Financial Supervisor of Hunan Mechanized Construction Company, Manager of the Audit Department at China Huajian Audit Firm, Manager of the Finance Department at China Huaxing Group Co., Ltd., Chief Accountant of China Lucky Group Co., Ltd., Deputy Director of both the Securities Institution Management Department and the Insurance Institution Management Department at Central Huijin Investment Ltd., Director of The People's Insurance Company (Group) of China Limited, Vice Chairman and Non-Executive Director of CSC Financial Co., Ltd., and Chairman of Zhongke Wotu Fund Management Co., Ltd.
Mr. Ma Ninghui, male, is a graduate of Tsinghua University and holds the titles of Senior Accountant and Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Liu Yigong holds a Bachelor's degree in Automation and a Master's degree in Economics. He is a Senior Economist and a Certified Senior Enterprise Risk Manager (CSERM). With extensive experience in the financial and insurance sectors, he possesses profound expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and risk management. His previous roles include Senior Manager of the Financial Investment Department, Deputy General Manager of the Securities Investment Department, General Manager of the Human Resources Department, General Manager of the Shandong Branch of Ping An Life Insurance, and Director of the New Channel Business Division at China Ping An; Vice President, Director of the Risk Control Center, Head of Compliance, Director of the Operations and IT Center at New China Life Insurance; as well as Chairman, CEO, and Party Committee Secretary of New China Pension Insurance. He has also served as a Director of Changcheng Special Steel, Shenpetrochemical, and CCID Media; a Council Member of Guangdong Overseas Chinese Trust, Tianji Fund, Nanshan Fund, and Peninsula Fund; and a Supervisor of the first through third Supervisory Boards of Ping An Insurance Group.
